Here is a recipe that I submitted to Taste of Home years ago and it was published in their "Cookin'Up Country Breakfasts" cookbook
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup frozen applesauce
2 TBS brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Combine all in blender until smooth
Yield: 1-2 servings

you can also make a PBJ shake by using the following
1-2 cups milk/depending on number to serve
3 TBS peanut butter
2 TBS jelly of choice
cup full of ice
vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
2 TBS splenda
blend all together thoroughly
makes 1-2 servings
